What personal data Manáry collects through the website, what it’s used for, who it’s shared with, how long it’s kept and how you exercise your rights. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. What we collect

The personal data processed through the website

Data you provide

Name, email, phone, company, role and the selection answers in the proposal, diagnosis, contact, WhatsApp, resources, newsletter, free tools and job application forms.

Browsing data

IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, visit source (including UTM parameters) and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Application data

Area of interest, experience level, availability and the LinkedIn and portfolio links sent through Work With Us.

Data we don’t collect

The numbers typed into the calculators and simulators in our Insights stay in your browser and are not sent to Manáry. We don’t collect sensitive data through the website.

2. What we use it for

Each use has a legal basis

Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD) requires every processing activity to have a justification provided by law. These are ours.

Who we share it with

With suppliers that process data on our behalf and follow our instructions: website hosting, email delivery, CRM and marketing automation, and analytics and advertising tools (such as Google and Meta). We also share it when required by law or by order of an authority. We don’t sell personal data.

International transfer

Some suppliers, such as Google and Meta, may store data on servers outside Brazil. In these cases, the transfer follows the cases provided in art. 33 of the LGPD, with suppliers that adopt adequate safeguards.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for each purpose: contacts and proposals while there is a business relationship or legitimate interest; consents until withdrawn; data required by law, for the legal period. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

How we protect it

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), access control by user, tools with authentication and platform accounts in the company’s name. No system is fully immune to incidents; if a relevant incident occurs, we will notify the ANPD and the affected data subjects, as required by law.

What you can request, at any time

Rights provided in art. 18 of the LGPD (and, for users in the European Union, the equivalent GDPR rights). Send your request to contato@manary.co; we reply within the legal deadline and may ask you to confirm your identity.
