Frequently asked questions

The questions that come up before signing.

We gathered here what comes up most in diagnosis calls. If yours isn’t here, just ask — the answer usually comes the same day.

What is the minimum contract length?

Six months for the Light and Astro plans, twelve for Growth. It’s not a sales lock-in: compounding growth needs time for one month’s learning to become the next month’s investment decision. A three-month contract usually ends right when the data starts becoming useful.

Why is there no pricing on the website?

Because the honest price depends on scope, number of channels and size of the operation. A store with a thousand SKUs and a B2B SaaS with a six-month sales cycle don’t cost the same. Publishing a generic range would only attract those who don’t fit and push away those who do.

What is Phase 1 and why is it charged separately?

Phase 1 is the Foundation Project: audited tracking, campaign structure, a configured CRM and the site fixes for conversion leaks. It’s build work, with a beginning and an end, and it doesn’t repeat every month — so it isn’t part of the recurring fee.

How soon will I see results?

Paid media usually shows signals within thirty to sixty days. SEO runs on a different clock: three months for movement, six for meaningful volume. In the first call we tell you the realistic horizon for your case, even when it’s not what you’d like to hear.

Do you work with my competitor?

We don’t take two clients competing for the same keyword in the same market. If there’s a conflict, we tell you before the proposal.

Who will manage my account day to day?

A dedicated Customer Success manager who knows your business by name, not by ticket number, with the specialists of each front behind them. You don’t talk to a triage bot or a different intern every week.

Are the ad accounts and the website in my name?

Always. Google Ads, Meta, GA4, GTM, domain and hosting stay in your accounts, with Manáry as a user. If the partnership ever ends, you take everything — including the history.

How does reporting work?

A live dashboard you can open anytime, plus a review meeting at your plan’s pace. The report shows the numbers: how much came in, how much went out, what worked and what we got wrong in the period.

I’m switching agencies. How does the transition work?

We start with an audit of what already exists before touching anything. A campaign that’s performing isn’t switched off out of pride — what doesn’t make sense is paused with an explanation, not abruptly.

Is my company too small for you?

The cut-off isn’t size, it’s stage. If there’s no media budget yet or no operation to handle the demand marketing generates, paid growth becomes waste — and we say so in the first call, without trying to push a plan.

What is Manáry OS and is it available yet?

It’s the platform we’re building to bring funnel, CRM and revenue together in one place. It isn’t live yet. Meanwhile, tracking happens through a reporting dashboard — and current clients get first access.

How do you handle my leads’ data?

The data is yours. It stays in your accounts and tools, with consent recorded on every form in line with data protection law (LGPD/GDPR). Manáry accesses it to operate, not to build its own database, and nothing is used for third-party sends.
