The rules for browsing Manáry’s website, using the content and interactive tools and getting in touch with us. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the manary.co website and its content. By browsing the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, we recommend not using the website.

Manáry is a growth marketing agency registered under CNPJ No. 37.373.329/0001-08, headquartered at Av. Paulista, 2028, Bela Vista, São Paulo, Brazil, ZIP 01310-927. The website presents the agency’s services, publishes educational content and offers channels for contact and proposal requests.

03Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

  • try to access restricted areas, systems or data without authorization;
  • submit false information or third-party information without permission in the forms;
  • use bots or automated mechanisms that harm the website’s operation;
  • reproduce the website or its content for commercial purposes without authorization.

04Intellectual property

Texts, brands, logos, layouts, illustrations, interactive tools and other elements of the website belong to Manáry or are used with their owners’ authorization, and are protected by copyright and industrial property law.

You may share links to the content and quote short excerpts citing the source. Any other use requires prior written authorization.

05Content and interactive tools

The articles, calculators, quizzes, checklists and simulators are informative and educational. Tool results are estimates based on the data you enter and on simplified assumptions, and do not constitute consulting, a guarantee of results or a recommendation for a specific decision.

The interactive tools run in your browser. The values typed into them are not sent to Manáry; checklists may store your selections in your own browser’s local storage.
